Netflix has released its first trailer for part one of season four of the hit romantic-comedy series Emily in Paris.
Cast members, including Lily Collins, celebrated the trailer's release by sharing images on social media.
The series was renewed for a third and fourth season in June 2022.
Collins stars as Emily Cooper. Returning cast members include Camille Razat as Camille, Lucas Bravo as Gabriel, and Lucien Laviscount as Alfie. Ashley Park and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu also return as Mindy and Sylvie respectively.
The official synopsis reads “After the dramatic events of Camille and Gabriel's misbegotten wedding, Emily is reeling: She has strong feelings for two men, but now Gabriel's expecting a baby with his ex, and Alfie's worst fears about her and Gabriel have been confirmed. At work, Sylvie is forced to confront a thorny dilemma from her past for the sake of her marriage, and the Agence Grateau team navigates personnel shakeups. Mindy and the band prepare for Eurovision, but when funds run dry, they're forced to get thrifty. Emily and Gabriel's chemistry is undeniable as they work together towards a Michelin star, but two big secrets threaten to undo everything they've dreamed of.”
Additionally, Melia Kreiling plays Sofia, Camille's secret girlfriend, while William Abadie also returns as Antoine Lambert the perfumer.
Season four of Emily in Paris will also feature guest appearances as part of Emily's planned trip to Rome. Eugenio Franceschini will star as Marcello, a Roman businessman, while Sylvie's film professor Giancarlo will be portrayed by Raoul Bova. Lastly, Thalia Besson has been cast as Genevieve.
Emily in Paris was created by Darren Star, who returns as the series' executive producer and writer.
Part one of Emily in Paris season four will be released on 15th August 2024. Part two will follow on 12th September 2024.
