Inside Out 2 has remained in first place at the UK box office in its second week.
Screen Daily reports that the sequel made an additional £1.6 million. This takes its total UK gross to £23.2 million.
Inside Out 2 is the second highest-grossing film this year in the UK and Ireland. Currently, Dune: Part Two is the year's most successful film with £39.4 million.
The Bikeriders, starring Tom Hardy, Austin Butler, and Jodie Comer, made £1.1 million in its first week. Universal's crime drama follows the Vandals MC, a 1960s motorcycle club in Illinois. The plot is inspired by a Danny Lyon photobook documenting the Outlaws, the third-largest motorcycle club in the world.
Sony's Bad Boys: Ride Or Die is now in third, adding £1 million to its UK box office total. In its third week, the buddy cop comedy has now earned £9.1 million.
In fourth place, CinemaLive's Doctor Who — The Two Episode Finale made £364,253 over 275 sites. With an average of £1,325 per location, the event screened the last two episodes of season 14 on 21st June.
Rite Here Rite Now, Trafalgar Releasing's concert film of the Swedish rock band Ghost, opened with £282,588. Directed by Alex Ross Perry and Ghost's frontman Tobias Forge, the film blends concert footage with a narrative based on the band's web series.
Disney's Kingdom Of The Planet Of The Apes made £175,305 in its seventh week. The 55% drop from last week brings its total to £15.4 million.
In its sixth week, John Krasinski's IF made an additional £155,000. This puts it ahead of The Garfield Movie with £154,517.
The Exorcism, starring Russell Crowe, opened with £145,948. It is ahead of StudioCanal's shark thriller Something In The Water, which opened with £120,326.
