The television channels named under the Sony banner that are owned by Narrative entertainment will be renamed under the Great! banner as of Tuesday 25th May in the United Kingdom.
The new channels will still be free to view with Freeview, Sky, Virgin Media and Freesat. They include:
- Great! Movies (formerly Sony Movies) – which will be showing Blade Runner 2049, Prometheus and Fury.
- Great! Movies Classic (formerly Sony Movies Classic) – showing Oliver!, Psycho and Guess Who's Coming To Dinner.
- Great! Movies Action (formerly Sony Movies Action) – showing everything from John Wayne to Jean Claude Van Damme
- Great! TV (formerly the Sony Channel) – showing Murder She Wrote, Starsky And Hutch and classic episodes of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
