Apple TV+ and Billie Eilish announced today details of the release for the feature film documentary Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry. The film is directed by R.J. Cutler (The September Issue, If I Stay) who is mostly known as a documentary filmmaker and producer. Billie Eilish and Apple TV+ posted a 30 second video on their social media platforms today making the announcement official. At 18 years old, Eilish has had immense success with her studio album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” that was released last year and won five major awards at the Grammy's in January. She also joined a long line of musicians with the release of her theme song for the new James Bond film No Time To Die. While details of what the documentary will cover specifically have yet to be released, there's no denying how much Eilish has accomplished at such a young age and how interesting it will be to witness her journey.
Billie Eilish: The World's a Little Blurry will premiere in theaters and on Apple TV+ in February, 2021.
